If adding talent is not the right next move, NRM will say so. We document scope, capability criteria, access, and success measures before deployment. Right-Match Protection terms are agreed within your engagement.
Your completed Blueprint will identify a primary constraint, explain why it is limiting the system, distinguish what should and should not be changed, and establish a prioritized next-action path. If those decisions are not sufficiently clear after delivery, NRM will provide one clarification session and revise the relevant diagnostic recommendations at no additional charge.
