1. Introduction

Next Right Move ("NRM," "we," "us," or "our") is a business brand operated by Jerry Glenn Malig-on, an individual sole proprietor based in the Philippines.

NRM provides business diagnostics, strategic advisory, talent matching, managed execution, and related professional services, including the proprietary JGM Strategic Blueprint™.

We recognize that purchasing professional services requires confidence in how payments, cancellations, and service delivery concerns are handled.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy establishes the conditions under which customers and clients may request cancellation, refunds, corrections, or other appropriate remedies.

Our objective is to maintain a fair and transparent process while recognizing the professional time, diagnostic processing, resources, and operational commitments required to deliver our services.

This Policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service and any applicable Client Service Agreement.

Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to the following NRM offerings, subject to the specific terms accepted at purchase or engagement.

2.1 JGM Strategic Blueprint™ Standalone Diagnostic

A one-time paid strategic diagnostic service currently offered at USD $1,499, unless another price is expressly displayed and accepted at checkout.

The diagnostic may include business analysis, constraint identification, strategic prioritization, revenue exposure assessment, recommendations, and related deliverables within the purchased scope.

2.2 Work With NRM Engagements

Separately contracted professional services that may include:

  • Strategic advisory and business consulting.
  • Managed talent and specialist support.
  • Marketing, sales, and operational execution.
  • Account management and performance oversight.
  • Ongoing strategic reviews.
  • Other agreed professional services.

The specific payment, cancellation, termination, and refund conditions for these engagements are governed by the applicable Client Service Agreement, subject to mandatory law.

2.3 Free Applications and Preliminary Reviews

Submitting a Work With NRM application does not require payment of a separate diagnostic fee.

Because no payment is collected for the application itself, there is no application fee to refund.

3. Standalone Diagnostic: Cancellation Before Processing Begins

Customers purchasing the JGM Strategic Blueprint™ may request cancellation before substantive diagnostic processing begins.

If NRM receives and verifies the cancellation request before substantive processing has commenced, the customer will receive a refund of the payment received for the cancelled service.

For purposes of this Policy, substantive diagnostic processing begins when NRM initiates client-specific analytical work for the purchased diagnostic, whether through authorized automated analysis, human review, or a combination of both.

Administrative activities such as payment confirmation, account creation, or ordinary intake receipt do not, by themselves, constitute substantive diagnostic processing.

NRM will maintain an appropriate record of when substantive processing begins.

Cancellation requests must be submitted to:

admin@nrmblueprint.com

Customers should include their purchasing email address and transaction reference.

A cancellation request is not automatically approved solely because the diagnostic report has not yet been delivered. Eligibility depends on whether substantive processing has commenced and the circumstances of the request, subject to applicable law.

4. Cancellation After Diagnostic Processing Begins

Once substantive diagnostic processing has commenced, a customer may still request cancellation.

However, a change-of-mind cancellation does not automatically entitle the customer to a full refund.

NRM will review the request based on:

  • The stage of diagnostic processing.
  • The substantive work already performed.
  • The purchased service scope.
  • Any completed or partially completed deliverables.
  • Any applicable purchase conditions.
  • The reason for cancellation.
  • Applicable consumer protection laws and contractual obligations.

Depending on the circumstances, NRM may approve a full refund, partial refund, or another appropriate resolution.

For discretionary change-of-mind requests, NRM may consider the reasonable value of completed work when determining whether a partial refund is appropriate.

Any amount retained must be reasonable, consistent with disclosed contractual conditions, and permitted by applicable law.

NRM will not apply deductions that unlawfully restrict a customer's statutory rights or remedies.

5. Completed Diagnostic Services

Where NRM has substantially completed and made the purchased diagnostic deliverables available in accordance with the agreed scope, a change-of-mind request will not ordinarily qualify for a refund solely because the customer:

  • Decides not to implement the recommendations.
  • Disagrees with an evidence-supported strategic conclusion.
  • Chooses not to proceed with additional services.
  • No longer requires the diagnostic.
  • Expected a particular commercial outcome that was not guaranteed.
  • Expected additional services or deliverables that were not included in the purchased scope.

However, completion or delivery does not eliminate NRM's responsibility to address material defects, non-conforming deliverables, contractual breaches, or other circumstances giving rise to legally enforceable remedies.

A customer's dissatisfaction will be reviewed on its merits rather than automatically dismissed.

6. Service Failure, Material Defects, or Non-Delivery

NRM recognizes its responsibility to provide purchased services in accordance with the agreed scope and applicable law.

A customer may request an appropriate remedy where:

  1. NRM cannot provide the purchased service.
  2. The purchased diagnostic is not delivered despite NRM having the information and other prerequisites reasonably necessary to complete it, and NRM materially fails to meet an applicable delivery obligation.
  3. A delivered service materially fails to conform to the agreed scope.
  4. A material technical or operational failure prevents the customer from receiving or accessing purchased deliverables.
  5. Another circumstance creates a legal entitlement to a remedy.

Depending on the facts and applicable law, an appropriate resolution may include:

  • Correcting an identified defect or error.
  • Completing an outstanding contractual obligation.
  • Providing an appropriate replacement or equivalent deliverable.
  • Restoring access to purchased materials.
  • Issuing a partial or full refund.
  • Providing another remedy required or permitted by law.

NRM may propose a reasonable corrective action where legally appropriate, but will not make acceptance of that action a condition for exercising a statutory right to a refund or another legally available remedy.

7. Diagnostic Results and Business Outcomes

The JGM Strategic Blueprint™ is a strategic diagnostic and decision-support service.

Its purpose is to analyze submitted business information, identify evidence-supported constraints, assess relevant operating conditions, and provide recommendations within the purchased scope.

NRM does not guarantee that:

  • A specific revenue increase will occur.
  • A predetermined financial opportunity will be recovered.
  • A business will achieve a particular sales or growth target.
  • Additional talent or execution will be recommended.
  • A particular strategic intervention will be justified.
  • Every constraint identified by the client will be confirmed by the diagnostic.
  • The customer will agree with every conclusion or recommendation.

A diagnostic may appropriately conclude that the business should preserve existing systems, defer certain activities, stabilize operations, or avoid unnecessary additional investment.

Such a conclusion does not, by itself, constitute service failure.

However, these limitations do not excuse inaccurate representations, material non-performance, failure to deliver agreed services, or other circumstances creating legal remedies.

8. Incomplete, Incorrect, or Unavailable Client Information

NRM's diagnostic services depend on information submitted by the customer.

Where submitted information is incomplete, materially inconsistent, outdated, or insufficient to support reliable conclusions, NRM may:

  • Request clarification or additional records.
  • Identify unsupported assumptions.
  • Limit conclusions to available evidence.
  • Mark findings as requiring verification.
  • Defer affected diagnostic work until necessary information becomes available.

NRM will communicate material information requirements where appropriate.

If the customer requests cancellation because they are unable or unwilling to provide essential information, the refund request will be assessed under Sections 3 and 4 of this Policy, considering the actual processing stage and work performed.

NRM will not automatically classify missing information as customer fault where the information requirement was not adequately disclosed or is inconsistent with the purchased service.

9. Duplicate Payments, Billing Errors, and Unauthorized Transactions

Customers should contact NRM if they identify:

  • Duplicate charges for the same purchase.
  • An incorrect transaction amount.
  • A payment recorded against the wrong service.
  • An unsuccessful transaction that was nevertheless charged.
  • Another apparent billing or payment processing error.

NRM will investigate the transaction using available payment and service records.

Where an erroneous or duplicate payment is verified, NRM will arrange the appropriate correction or refund.

Customers who suspect unauthorized payment activity should also contact their payment provider or financial institution promptly.

NRM may require reasonable verification to prevent fraud or unauthorized refunds, without imposing unnecessary barriers to legitimate claims.

10. Work With NRM: Managed Services and Ongoing Engagements

Work With NRM engagements operate under separately agreed commercial arrangements.

These may include one-time professional services, project-based work, recurring retainers, managed talent, or ongoing strategic and operational support.

The applicable Client Service Agreement should establish:

  • Engagement scope and deliverables.
  • Service commencement date.
  • Payment amounts and billing schedules.
  • Any minimum engagement period.
  • Cancellation notice requirements.
  • Termination rights.
  • Treatment of prepaid service periods.
  • Fees attributable to completed work.
  • Outstanding payment obligations.
  • Handover and transition responsibilities.
  • Applicable refund provisions.

10.1 Cancellation Before Service Commencement

A client requesting cancellation before the agreed commencement of services should submit written notice to NRM.

The applicable agreement will determine the treatment of payments already made, subject to mandatory law.

Where relevant, NRM will consider whether substantive work or separately agreed preparatory services have already been performed.

10.2 Cancellation After Service Commencement

Where services have commenced, cancellation or termination will be governed by the applicable Client Service Agreement.

The parties will determine the relevant final service date, outstanding deliverables, accrued fees, prepaid amounts, and any appropriate financial adjustment.

10.3 Unused or Prepaid Services

Prepaid amounts are not automatically refundable or non-refundable in every circumstance.

Their treatment depends on the applicable agreement, services performed, commitments lawfully incurred, circumstances of termination, and mandatory legal requirements.

10.4 Service Performance Concerns

Clients experiencing material service delivery concerns may contact their assigned Account Manager or NRM administration.

NRM will review the concern and applicable service commitments.

Where warranted, appropriate corrective action or remedies will be determined under the relevant agreement and applicable law.

This Policy does not replace an individual Client Service Agreement or create a universal cancellation period for every managed engagement.

11. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To submit a refund or cancellation request, contact:

Email: admin@nrmblueprint.com
Suggested Subject: Refund Request – NRM

Please provide, where available:

  1. Full name or registered business name.
  2. Email address used for the purchase.
  3. Transaction or invoice reference.
  4. Service purchased.
  5. Date of payment.
  6. Reason for cancellation or refund.
  7. Relevant supporting information, where reasonably necessary.

Customers should not send complete payment card numbers, account passwords, or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

NRM may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify a transaction or investigate the concern.

Submitting a request does not automatically establish refund eligibility, but every request will be reviewed fairly and in accordance with applicable law.

12. Refund Review and Response Procedures

NRM aims to provide clear communication throughout the refund review process.

12.1 Acknowledgment

NRM aims to acknowledge a refund or cancellation request within two (2) business days of receipt.

12.2 Initial Assessment

NRM aims to provide an initial assessment or substantive response within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the complaint.

Where the applicable Internet Transactions Act requires an internal redress mechanism, the statutory rule regarding exhaustion of that mechanism after an unresolved complaint remains applicable. NRM's internal review procedures do not extend or restrict that statutory period.

12.3 Additional Investigation

Some requests may require additional verification, payment-provider coordination, or review of service delivery records.

If additional investigation is necessary, NRM will communicate the outstanding issue and any reasonably available next steps.

12.4 Refund Decision

Customers will receive written communication explaining:

  • Whether the request is approved, partially approved, or declined.
  • The material reasons supporting the decision.
  • Any applicable refund amount.
  • The intended refund method, where applicable.
  • Any additional information required.
  • Available reconsideration or escalation options.

NRM will comply with any shorter or otherwise mandatory legal deadline that applies to a particular transaction.

13. Approved Refunds and Payment Processing

Where a refund is approved, NRM will ordinarily initiate the refund within five (5) business days after approval and completion of reasonably necessary transaction verification, unless a shorter period is required by law.

Refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method where supported and appropriate.

Where that method is unavailable, NRM may arrange another lawful and mutually appropriate method.

The time required for refunded funds to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment provider, financial institution, payment method, and international banking arrangements.

NRM does not control every stage of third-party payment processing.

Customers will be informed of known material delays where reasonably possible.

Refunds will be calculated using the original transaction records and applicable payment conditions. Any treatment of transaction fees or currency conversion differences will comply with the relevant agreement and mandatory law.

No unauthorized refund processing fee will be imposed.

14. Partial Refunds

NRM may consider partial refunds where legally and contractually appropriate, including situations involving:

  • Partially completed diagnostic services.
  • Agreed partial cancellation of an engagement.
  • Materially incomplete deliverables.
  • Services that can reasonably be separated into completed and undelivered portions.
  • Mutually agreed settlement of a service concern.

A partial refund assessment may consider:

  1. The contracted service scope.
  2. Work actually completed.
  3. Deliverables provided.
  4. The nature and seriousness of any service deficiency.
  5. Any reasonable and lawful contractual allocation of fees.
  6. Applicable statutory remedies.

Partial refunds will not be used to reduce a full refund or another remedy where mandatory law requires that remedy.

NRM will communicate the basis of any proposed partial refund.

15. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact NRM first where practical so that billing errors or service concerns may be addressed directly.

However, this does not restrict any legal right to dispute a transaction through a payment provider, financial institution, consumer protection authority, or court.

NRM may cooperate with authorized payment providers in investigating chargebacks and transaction disputes.

Relevant transaction, payment, delivery, and communication records may be provided where necessary and lawful.

NRM will not treat a legitimate payment dispute as an automatic waiver of statutory consumer rights.

16. Complaints, Reconsideration, and Dispute Resolution

Customers who disagree with a refund determination may request reconsideration by contacting:

admin@nrmblueprint.com

Please reference the original refund request and identify any facts or supporting information that should be reconsidered.

NRM will review materially relevant new information and communicate an appropriate response.

Where an issue remains unresolved, customers and NRM may pursue lawful remedies under the applicable contractual arrangements and consumer protection laws.

Nothing in this Policy requires customers to waive access to courts, regulatory authorities, statutory complaint processes, or other mandatory remedies.

17. Consumer Protection and Applicable Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, subject to mandatory laws that may apply to particular transactions or customers in other jurisdictions.

Relevant Philippine legislation may include:

  • Republic Act No. 7394, the Consumer Act of the Philippines.
  • Republic Act No. 11967, the Internet Transactions Act of 2023.
  • Other applicable consumer protection, electronic commerce, contract, and payment regulations.

Where a law applicable to a particular transaction provides rights or remedies more protective than this Policy, the mandatory legal requirement prevails.

No provision of this Policy is intended to exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. Relationship With Other NRM Agreements

This Policy supplements NRM's Terms of Service.

Where a separately executed Client Service Agreement establishes specific cancellation, payment, or refund conditions for a managed engagement, those provisions govern the relevant engagement to the extent legally permitted.

For standalone JGM Strategic Blueprint™ transactions, this Policy should be interpreted consistently with the applicable purchase conditions and Terms of Service.

No separately agreed provision may remove mandatory statutory rights.

In the event of an inconsistency that cannot reasonably be reconciled, mandatory law prevails.

19. Changes to This Policy

NRM may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy to reflect changes in its services, operational procedures, payment arrangements, or applicable legal requirements.

The current version will be made available at:

https://nrmblueprint.com/refund-policy

Material changes will be communicated where legally or contractually required.

Changes will not retroactively remove rights or remedies already established under an existing transaction without a lawful basis.

Each published version will identify its effective date and last updated date.
